Karen Damianick, PE, SE is the founder of KLD Engineering and has over 15 years of structural engineering experience working on such diverse structures as buildings, airplanes, antenna towers, and water tanks. In 2005 she started KLD Engineering in order to focus on nonstructural structures.

Karen graduated from both Purdue University and the University of Washington. She has both a civil and structural engineering license in Washington State and has lived there since graduating from Purdue. However, if an in-person consult is necessary, she is willing to leave the rain to visit your site, especially if it is located somewhere sunny.
